This library consists of 100+ recorded mat Pilates classes aimed at beginners to intermediate level. With most classes approximately 45-minutes long, there are some shorter classes available also for those times you want to squeeze in a shorter practice.

These classes are not suitable for those with injuries or during pregnancy.
