If your back is something you’re constantly thinking about..
Â
tight, sore, flaring up, never quite right, this is for you.
Especially if:
- You’ve tried Pilates before but didn’t fully “get it”
- You feel stiff, weak, or out of alignment
- Your back improves… then goes back to square one
- You’re never 100% sure if you’re doing the right exercises
This program gives you a clear, structured way to finally get on top of it.

Pilates
Education
Â
This isn’t just workouts.
It’s a step-by-step system to help you:
- Move without constant tension in your lower back
- Actually understand what your body needs (and what to avoid)
- Build strength in the areas that support your back
- Stop second-guessing yourself every time you exercise
So instead of guessing, you feel:
- more supported
- more aligned
- more confident in your body
Â
Why this works (when other things haven’t)
Most people either:
- follow random workouts
- or get generic advice that doesn’t actually solve their issues
This is different.
It’s based on how I’ve worked with clients over the past 11+ years as a physio and Pilates instructor—now turned into a clear, progressive system you can follow at home.
Each week builds on the last, so your body actually adapts and improves—instead of starting over every time. Plus, you get to build a manageable routine and understand what is going on!Â
Â
Â
Inside the program
You’ll get:
A structured 12-week plan
No guessing what to do—you simply follow the plan week by week.
Short, effective workouts (approx 20 mins)
Designed to fit into real life and be easy to stay consistent with.
Simple, guided explanations
So you understand what you’re doing, what you should feel, and why it matters.
Access to a full Pilates class library
To support you alongside the program when you want more.
PLUS: Keep access to the entire program AND library for 1 year from when you sign up!
Â
The result?
By the end, you’ll feel:
- stronger through your core and back
- more aligned in how you sit, stand, and move
- more in control of your body (instead of reacting to pain)
And most importantly...
not constantly thinking about your back anymore!
Â
Who this is for
This is for you if:
- You have recurring lower back pain or tension
- You want a clear, structured approach (not random classes)
- You’re willing to be consistent, even with short sessions
It’s not for you if:
- You’re looking for quick fixes or intense workouts
- You want something passive without understanding what is going on
A note on the approach
This isn’t about pushing through pain or doing more.
It’s about:
- doing the right things
- in the right order
- with proper understanding
So your body can actually change.
Â
I hope you learn loads and find as much joy within this program as I have creating it for you!Â

The Pilates method teaches you to be in control of your body, not at its mercy.

MSc Physiotherapy & Pilates Instructor of 11+ years
My Pilates journey started with years of low back pain and eventually finding something that helped it improve and kept it away. I loved Pilates so much that I studied to become a Pilates instructor, took it a step further to become a Physiotherapist through a Master’s degree and brought it all back to a full-time Pilates career after working in Physiotherapy for a couple of years.
Â
It frustrates me to see so many people not knowing that Pilates may be the thing to help them build a strong core, strong back and also improved posture, and find themselves relying on numerous healthcare professionals, massage therapists and looking to quick-fixes instead. Pilates is an amazing tool for so many people, and can be a great addition to your routine.
Â
My aim was to provide a simplified, essential Pilates program to give you the no-fluff tools to build a sustainable Pilates routine that is focussed on your back.
Â
The Build a Better Back Method was intentionally created from what I have seen over the years, what has worked for me and for many of my clients, and condensed down into a simplified approach that is quick and simple to follow.
